If you are overweight, and need to do most cardio and then worry about weight building once you have lost weight but if you are average sized you still need to be doing cardio 4 to 6 days a week and on top of that weight training. I would start you off at first on a 5 day workout schedule. One day I would do reps on the upper body, next day lower body, and so forth. You need to let your muscles that you worked that day rest the next day because thats when the muscle is actually building and repairing itself. And eat lots and lots of lean protein! Whey protein is a really good source of protein, it tastes like a chocolate milkshake. A strong lower back is needed to avoid back injuries, and these exercises will work your abs.

Sleep and water are also good to do. It''s suggested adults need 8+ hours a night, but not all of us can sleep that long.
